Your order will be packed by us. This is how we ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition. Order placed on a working day before 3:00 PM? Then your package will leave our warehouse the same working day. Ordered after 3:00 PM? Then the package will be sent the next working day. The normal delivery time for shipments to Belgium and the Netherlands is 1 working day. For the rest of Europe that is a few working days. After placing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from us and later you will also receive a link (Track & Trace) with which you can track your package yourself. Problems with your shipment? Then don't hesitate to contact us!

Orders with pre-orders (products that are not yet in stock, but can be pre-ordered) and products in stock will not be shipped until all ordered products are in stock.
Postal points, parcel lockers, ...
It is not possible to have your order delivered to a postal point or parcel locker via our website. You can, however, set the delivery preferences via the website of the parcel service. There you can indicate where the package can be delivered.
Pick-up in store
It is of course also possible to pick up your ordered games for free free in our store in Zonhoven. This is possible during our opening hours. You then place an online order and choose the option ''Pick up''. In that case, no shipping costs will be charged. After the confirmation email you will receive another email when the package is ready to pick up. This takes an average of 1 working day.Would you rather not order in advance but just browse in the store? That is of course also possible. You can pay in the store in cash, by bank card, with Mastercard, American Express, with Payconiq/Bancontact, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
