Things in Rings is an innovative deduction game by Allplay where players, known as "Finders," attempt to correctly place object cards within a Venn diagram. Each ring in the diagram has specific, secret rules known only to one player, the "Knower." These rules fall into three categories:
- Word: Pertaining to the spelling or structure of the word.
- Attribute: Related to the physical properties of the object.
- Context: Concerning the use or position of the object in society.
By employing logical thinking and pattern recognition, Finders strive to place their cards correctly and be the first to get rid of all their cards.

How is the game played?
- Setup: Place three rings on the table to form a Venn diagram and label them "Word," "Attribute," and "Context." Assign one player as the Knower; they secretly draw a rule card for each ring. The remaining players are the Finders and each receive five object cards.
- Gameplay: Finders take turns attempting to place an object card in the correct section of the Venn diagram based on their hypotheses about the secret rules. If placed correctly, they continue; if incorrect, the Knower moves the card to the correct spot and the Finder's turn ends.
- Objective: The first Finder to correctly place all their cards wins the game.
