One player reads a question aloud (all answers are numbers). The active player must guess a number that is close - but not higher - than the correct answer. Players take turns guessing a number higher than that of the previous player, or calling a DARE if they think the previous player guessed too high. If a Dare is called, the answer is checked and the player who got it wrong must keep the card for "Foolish Goose Points." When a player has collected a certain number of cards, the game ends and the player with the most Foolish Geese Points loses. Everyone else wins.

How DARE You? comes with 2 optional advanced rules that spice up the gameplay:
1. Doubling: If you guess a number that is at least twice that of the previous player, you get a doubling card. This card invalidates one "stupid goose point." This variation entices players to make higher guesses.
2. Double Dare: When challenged, you can accept the challenge and check the answer as normal, or you can answer with a "Double Dare." The player who got it wrong now gets a double penalty (two cards instead of one). But the player who accepted the challenge now has the option to get scared and withdraw the challenge. If he does, he must instead guess a higher number before the round continues normally.
