With Superpowers for Your Head: The Game, 8- to 12-year-olds learn to take charge of their own emotions and become more confident. 

You save 10 different superpowers by trading cards with each other, discovering what goes into these superpowers. It is packed with fun challenges, because you have to do your best to keep your cards. So you practice defeating your inner robot, presenting the good news journal and acting out your fears. And ... the winner, of course, gets a fan-tas-tic final prize. Like going to bed later, choosing what you eat or doing something fun you think of. Each card features a witty drawing by Hein de Kort.

Superpowers for your Head is a book full of exercises to improve children's mental health. Superpowers for your Head: The Game is based on this book, but it is not necessary to have read the book.
