Animals from all over the world gather for the hula hoop championships. Their goal is to keep the hoop up for as long as possible.
This is represented by cards. The goal is to lose all your cards; or have all the other players drop out ("drop their hoop").
 Each player starts with five cards in their hand, plus five cards open in front of them. On their turn, they can choose to play one of their open cards or a card from their hand. The first player plays any card and asks the next player to play "higher" or "lower." A player can follow this or "double down" - play the same card as the player before him. Then everyone must double (or break the double with a neighboring card or a joker. A player who cannot play drops his hoop and is out of the round.
If there is only one player left, or if a player has played away all his cards, he gets as many cards as were played in that round. The first player with 77 points wins the game.
