Roll all 9 story dice. Start with "Once upon a time..." and tell a story that connects all 9 pictures. Start with the picture that captures your imagination the most. You can't get this wrong! The goal is to use Rory's Story Cubes® to let your imagination run wild.

You can do it! The human brain thinks in pictures and always finds a way to connect the pictures on the dice. The more you play, the easier it becomes to tell longer and more elaborate stories. You can play alone or in a group, where everyone tells a story one after the other using the 9 pictures on the storytelling dice.
