In the fourth edition of Clever 4ever you are again going to collect as many points as possible. Through 5 different categories and the bonus actions you try to fill in combinations on your score sheet as cleverly as possible using the dice. Dice that you don't use go to the tray, so your opponents can also choose dice during your turn.

For seasoned Clever players, this is familiar territory. But what are the new categories? The colors blue, yellow, green, pink and gray each give points in their own way:

The yellow category consists of 3 rows. In the top row you may only fill in increasing numbers. The rows below can be filled in as you see fit. The second row represents minus points, the third row normal points. The more boxes you fill in, the more bonuses you get.

The blue category is based on the blue and white dice. Together the two dice form coordinates with which you can check a box in a large square. You score points by placing at least two crosses per row, column or diagonal.

With gray you have to fill in fields over and over again according to the number of the die. A space consists of a number of squares that must match the number of pips on the die. The new spaces must also be adjacent to previously selected ones.

Green consists of a row of squares that must be filled in from left to right. Each square is divided into two parts. The lower half gives you an immediate bonus. The other half, in combination with the first half, gives you the total number of points. You may choose whether you first complete a square or whether you prefer to fill in the bottom halves first to quickly score bonuses.

Pink also consists of a row of squares. You may fill in any number per square that the die indicates. However, each number in pink has a property. For example, a 5 immediately gives you the bonus under the box, while a 3 gives you a second 3, but you may not take any bonuses.

All categories are again full of bonuses that can cause combinations and chain reactions. Whoever manages to use these combinations as cleverly as possible wins Clever 4ever.
