Port Arthur

The Russo-Japanese War took place on land and sea in the early 20th century, beginning with the Japanese invasion of Korea and Japan's victory at the Battle of Mukden. Japan served the final blow at sea, however, at the Battle of Tsushima in May 1905, in which the Russian Baltic fleet was defeated.

Port Arthur is a strategic game for 2 players, lasting 30-45 minutes. Do you play Japan, with its central position and small but mighty fleet, or do you play Russia, which must prevent the enemy from getting ashore before the Baltic fleet gets there?
