In Future Energy you dismantle the obsolete power plants (coal, mineral oils, gas) & nuclear power plants in the different European countries and replace them with modern, green power plants (wind, solar, hydrogen and fusion). For every old power plant you close, you will receive benefits that will help you optimize and expand your power network. Plan well ahead and receive CO2 certificates and money to improve your network and position in Europe.
During the game you will need to invest in power cables to make connections between green power plants. Own power cable connections come in handy when you move your construction crew to a new location. If other players want to use your power cable connection, they have to pay money. The goal is to build the most efficient network in the different regions on the game board. The actions of the action tiles can come in handy for this purpose. The player with the most points is the winner of the game. Future Energy includes 3 additional modules for even more fun!
