Carcassonne: De Mist

Dense fog creeps over the fields, swallows whole farms and reaches the city walls. Even the bravest knights shudder and their equipment rattles as they hear the nuns' stories, "The fog awakens the restless souls of the Cathars, who were hunted during the Crusades. And they are now coming to get justice!" To restore peace to Carcassonne, players must work together to calm the wandering spirits. 

Carcassonne: The Fog is the first version of Carcassonne that can be played cooperatively. By working together, enough points must be collected. You lose as a group when all tiles are depleted or when too many ghosts have landed on the playing field. With each new tile that shows fog, new ghosts come into play. Only by completely closing off a fog field with tiles can the ghosts be put to rest. But beware! The number of tiles is limited and a minimum number of points must be obtained. 

Carcassonne: The Fog has 6 different levels, with each level introducing new, challenging game elements. In addition, the game contains the rules for the variant "Ghosts, Castles and Graveyards". By means of these rules Carcassonne: The Fog can be used as a normal expansion to the base game. Plenty of variation for both Carcassonne fans and new players!
