The premise of this game is that job satisfaction is related to the reasons you work (your work motives) and the behavior of yourself and others. 

The game consists of 170 cards, divided into three groups:
1. Work motives. With these reasons to work, you can distinguish between two groups: general (What is your motivation to work?) and specific work motives (What do you value in your current work situation?). Examples of general work motives are: feeling useful, having regularity in your life or making a living. For specific work motives you can think of a good atmosphere, an inspiring supervisor or personal attention and guidance.
2. Pleasant behavior. The central question is: What can you do to increase your own job satisfaction and that of others? Here you can make a distinction between behavior that has to do with yourself and your work (place), for example 'focusing on the positive side of a situation' or 'regularly tidying up your workplace', and behavior that has to do with others, for example 'showing interest in each other' or 'sharing positive work experiences with colleagues'.
3. Unpleasant behavior. This category involves the question: What behavior of others or myself affects my job satisfaction and/or that of others in a negative way? Examples include: complaining, making excessive demands, or making unpleasant comments.
