Although you would rather not take any bonus tiles, a sushi tile is only valid if you can connect it to a bonus tile. You must therefore collect gratuity tiles. In addition to bones and sushi symbols, the dice contain chopstick symbols. If there are enough dice with chopsticks, you can steal tiles from your opponents. You win the game by collecting the best sushi and gratuity tiles in this way.
