The Values and Standards Game consists of 140 cards, divided into 3 groups:
- Values - Central question: what guides our actions for me as a person or for us as an organization? For example: justice, integrity, sustainability and solidarity.
- Themes - Indicate areas in which values can be concretely expressed. Examples: leadership, education, media and politics.
- Norms - Key question here: What rules of behavior are desirable or undesirable in groups? Examples of group norms: 'you have to be able to save yourself' and 'you can make mistakes'. The above groups of cards can be played individually or in combination.
