If you start using qualities that are (partly) hidden, new possibilities arise to deal with all kinds of (problem) situations in your work or private life. They can also help you to come out better, to become a more complete and free person or to bring your life more into balance.
The Hidden Qualities Game consists of 67 cards, divided into two groups:
- Questions (38), divided into starting questions (33) and follow-up questions (5). From the starting questions you choose some that appeal to you, for example ´What did you like to do before that you don't do now?´ or ´What bad qualities do you like in others?´ They are divided into five different categories based on a specific follow-up question. When you have played this part of the game, you have a list of your (partially) hidden qualities.
- Obstacles (29 cards). These cards help you find an answer to the question: what thoughts inhibit you from using (partially) hidden qualities? Examples are: ´I have to prove myself all the time´, ´I don´t want to hurt others´ or ´I don´t think I am good enough´. If you are aware of your obstacles, you can examine how you can deal with these thoughts, so that your (partly) hidden qualities get more space.
Application
This game can be used by anyone from about 18 years of age who is interested in the (partly) hidden qualities of themselves. Examples of specific applications are (career) coaching, supervision, intervision, cooperation, training and education.
