The purpose of this game is to help you create order within the jumble of needs, so that you can make choices from there for behavior that best matches your desires.

Increasing insight into the connection between needs, feelings and behaviour is not only useful for ourselves, but it also ensures that we and others understand us better. These insights can help you to deal with yourself and others in the most pleasant way.

The basic premise of this game is that the degree to which a need is or is not met not only affects the way we feel, but also our behavior. The game consists of 144 cards, divided into 3 groups:

1. Needs. These can be very diverse, for example: attention, luxury, relaxation, belonging or a healthy body.
2. Efforts on feelings. Here we have chosen for unpleasant feelings which can be the result of (partly) unfulfilled needs. Examples of these feelings are: rejected, anxious, dissatisfied or jealous.
3. Effects on behavior. Needs that are not or only partially met can lead to all kinds of undesired behavior, for example: eating too much or too little, worrying, complaining or putting oneself away.

The game is suitable for (self) coaching, various groups, teams, intervision and private. The minimum age is 12 years. In that case it is desirable to make a preselection, by removing the cards that are not yet applicable to this age.
