Sequence is the international classic, millions of which have been sold. You play cards to be allowed to place chips on a large game board. The aim is to form rows on the board with the chits you have placed. You can frustrate each other in Sequence by placing a chip exactly where another player thought you could form a row.
Sequence Junior is a great game to play with young children; it's fun to discover the animals on the board and to make the smartest choice to place your chip.
In the box you will find an attractive game board, 84 chips in 4 colors, 42 playing cards and the game rules of course.
Sequence Junior can be played from 3 years of age. The game board does not show card symbols, as in the family game, but there are fun illustrations of animals on it.
On those cards are animals that are also on the board. The players receive three cards. On your turn, you play a card, you look for where the animal from your card is on the board and you get to put a chip there.
You are going to try to make a row on the board with those chips. You have to play smart, because each animal is on the board twice. So you have to look carefully which spot is the most convenient for your row.
Fortunately, there are also Unicorn cards. These allow you to place a tile wherever you want.
The dragon cards are even more fun, because they allow you to remove another player's chip from the board.
The first player to complete a row of four tiles is the winner!
