Relatiespel

The premise of this game is that the quality of a relationship is determined by two factors: the behavior toward each other and the bond you have with each other, that which binds you together. Both factors influence each other. Behavior is more of a snapshot, while the bond is more stable in nature.

The Relationship Game consists of two types of cards:

1. Behavior cards - This involves the question: What behaviors do you find important in the relationship with another person? Examples include: 'having something over for each other', 'having fun together', 'exchanging knowledge and experience' or 'keeping appointments and promises'. The quality of a relationship is partly determined by the extent to which the other person and yourself exhibit the desired behavior.

2. Connection cards - The central question is: What connects us? Examples of connections are: 'being part of the same team','same way of working', 'feeling good about each other' or 'common hobbies or interests'.
