Kwaliteitenspel Plus

By means of the Quality Game PLUS you can find out how well you know your fellow players and yourself. How do you see the other and how does the other see you? Maybe the other sees qualities in you of which you are not aware!

The Quality Game PLUS is a simplified version of the Quality Game. For example, 'flexible' has been replaced by 'don't be difficult', 'ambitious' by 'want to achieve a lot' and 'enthusiastic' by 'enjoy doing things'. More than half of the concepts from the Qualities Game have been replaced in this way by simple descriptions. Therefore the game is very suitable to work with for people with not such a large vocabulary and also for children from 9 years of age.

The game consists of three groups of cards:
1. Qualities (59 cards). These are pleasant qualities that someone may have, for example, 'being reliable', 'being funny' or 'being precise'.
2. Distortions (54 cards). These are unpleasant traits, for example, ´being brutal´, ´being sloppy´ or ´being easily distracted´.
3. Conditions (23 cards). The question here is: What do you need to use your qualities or to avoid falling into your distortions? Examples are: ´believing in yourself´, ´feeling safe´ or ´being challenged´. 

There are numerous applications of the game in work and private life. Examples are: cooperation in teams, giving feedback, becoming aware of your own strong and/or less strong sides, increasing self-confidence, performance reviews, career planning and individual coaching.
