This game helps you in raising children and young people (0-18 years). As a parent you can play it together with your partner, children (10 years and older) or other parents. The game is also suitable for anyone who works with children or adolescents or is being trained to do so. The game can also be used for coaching of parents or adolescents.

The parenting game consists of three groups of cards:
1. Principles - These give direction to parenting and determine how you want to act. Examples are: 'pay attention to each other', 'everyone's opinion counts' or 'do what you can do yourself'.
2. Skills - These indicate what you should be able to do as a parent or educator. Examples are: 'make decisions', 'provide support and security' or 'discuss problems in time'. Skills also determine whether you succeed in actually putting your principles into practice.
3. Events - These are situations that often evoke emotions in parents and young people and that can sometimes have far-reaching consequences. Examples are: 'being bullied or discriminated against','fighting' or 'having a heartbreak'. The chosen events are particularly aimed at young people from 12 years of age.

Education takes place within the playing field of principles, skills and events. These three perspectives are interrelated and influence each other. Depending on the situation, you can choose one of these perspectives.
