In Villainous: Evil Comes Prepared, each player takes control of one of three Disney characters, each a villain from a different Disney film, specifically Scar from The Lion King, Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove, and Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective. Each player has their own villain stack, fate stack, player board, and 3D character.
On a player's turn, he moves his character to another space on his player board, performs one or more actions visible on that space (often by playing cards from his hand), and then replenishes his hand to four cards. Cards are allies, items, effects, and conditions. You must use your cards to meet your unique win condition.
One action consists of choosing another player, drawing two cards from that player's fate pile, and playing one of the cards on that player's board, covering two of the four action spaces in one of that player's locations. The deck contains heroes, items, and effects from that villain's movie, and these cards allow other players to mess with that particular villain.
Villainous: Evil Comes Prepared is playable on its own, and the characters can also be used as an expansion to the Villainous base game. You can also mix the characters with those from other expansion sets (e.g. Wicked to the Core). Evil Comes Prepared contains the following villains: Ratigan, Scar & Yzma. This box contains everything you need to play with 2 or 3 players.
